Top end of Brunswick Street Melbourne

They call Adelaide the city of churches, but there are more church steeples in Melbourne than you can poke a candlestick at! There are parts of Melbourne that you would not be suprised to see the gas street lights being lit for the night. Brunswick Street is one of those places. It has an alluring mixture of up-to-the-minute fashion and an oldness that would have you expecting Oliver Twist to come dashing out of a shop front.

Afternoon tea - Chapel Street, Melbourne

Melbourne Miniatures
This is the start of a series of small Melbourne paintings I did last year after a visit there. I have revisited the painting and added more colour and now offer them up for sale.
There's never a shortage of outdoor sitting places and people to use them on Chapel St!
